A spa pool, with swim jets, is bordered by a warm, textured composite deck, forming a boardwalk to the beach and a large sundeck for lounging.

Sections of larch, complementing the raised beds and house cladding, are used to create a hit and miss screen, providing optimum privacy while allowing views across the beach and sea beyond. 
Central to the coastal style planting are mature and gnarled olive trees, which appear in the front and rear gardens, as well as taking centre stage in the central glazed atrium.

Dense swathes of wind and salt-tolerant, herbaceous plants fill the dune-like beds, bringing colour, texture and softness to the hard surfaces.
