BUILD

What We Do

Our passionate team of 20+ landscape professionals are well equipped to deliver the highest quality installations, with detailed craftsmanship at the heart of everything they do. Collectively, the team possesses decades of industry experience, working across a wide spectrum of disciplines, materials and locations.

Whether working in the rural Sussex countryside, installing traditional flint walls, the sunny South Coast creating ultra modern chill out spaces or inner city courtyards to entrain in. Our team deliver on every detail. From the historic methods of dry stone walling and oak framing, through to the latest porcelain and composite materials, the team have the skills to perfect any style you choose.

To ensure you understand exactly what is being created in your garden, we provide a Technical Specification (make this a downloadable item) which explains every detail of how your garden goes together, ensuring complete clarity in the quality of every build we produce.

How We Work

Whilst delivering on your dream garden, you will also find our team members engaging, courteous and sympathetic to the surrounding environment. To compliment their landscaping skillset, they understand the importance of problem solving and clear communication, to ensure you feel at ease throughout the process.

As well as our on site landscaping professionals, our dynamic operations team ensure the smooth running of every logistical element, from scheduling our teams, to the timely delivery of all materials and plant hire.

Project Management is an integral part of every garden we create. Through the use of our interactive project management software, Coconstruct, we ensure that you are well informed at every stage. With detailed schedules of day to day tasks, updates on deliveries and daily job logs, you are able to view photos of progress, even if you are away from site. The software means we can communicate via an instant messenger to ensure we never lose momentum.

OUR PROCESS

Quote
acceptance

Once you have accepted your quote, our operations team will be in contact with details of scheduling your project and the next steps.

Pre start
meeting

A few weeks before your project is due to start we’ll arrange a pre start meeting with our Operations Manager & your Project Owner, to run through all the details & logistics of your project, as well as introduce you to our Project Management software, Coconstruct.

Project
goes live

The day your project goes live, you’ll be introduced to your project’s Team Leader, who will be your main point of contact throughout, alongside your Project Owner. Between them they will set up the site, to prepare for landscaping.

Weekly site visits &
daily job logs

Throughout your project, your Project Owner will visit site 1-2 times per week, with your Team Leader providing a daily ‘job log’ on Cocnconstruct to enable you to see progress, if you’re away from site and for our Operations Manager to ensure the team is operating as efficiently as possible.

Project management & communication

As well as weekly site visits & daily job logs from our team, Coconstruct will be the communications hub throughout your project, though the instant messenger feature. Any amendments can be presented as variations and can be signed off instantly, to ensure the team on site can keep your project moving.

Completed build &
