We are looking for an experienced and reliable Hard Landscaping Team Leader to join our expanding team.

Based in the heart of Sussex, we are a family run, high-end landscape design, build and planting company, covering much of the South East of England.

Due to a high demand and ever increasing workload we are looking to expand our team.

Salary – £39,000 – £46,800 (Rates of pay will depend on skill level and experience)

Requirements;

• 5 years industry experience
• Good work ethic
• Reliable
• Punctual
• Confident project management skills including managing staff
• Very keen eye for detail
• Full drivers license

Responsibilities;

• Able to manage a team of up to 4 people
• Able to work from detailed construction plans
• Ensure health and safety requirements are followed
• Build good working relationship with client
• Able to liaise with our Operations team including use of our Project Management Software (app based)
• Keeping projects on schedule and within budget

Skills and Qualifications;

• Competent on diggers and dumpers and other small machinery
• Experienced at brick and block work
• Experienced at paving using a variety of materials such as granite, sandstone, porcelain & limestone
• Experienced at woodwork including; pergolas, decking, trellis, fencing, cladding
• Experience at groundworks including basing and drainage
• Experienced at block paving & clay pavers
• Experienced at building water features and ponds including fibreglassing
